The Culture Standard draws upon existing data, new and original research, and a range of pilot projects to test the impacts of these improvements to workplace practices.

We worked with industry, government and Australia’s leading workplace researchers to understand the major issues holding back the construction industry. Our extensive research program was used to develop the new Culture Standard.
