
Implementation guides & toolkits
To support industry in meeting the requirements of the Culture Standard a suite of implementation resources has been developed. The development of these resources was supported by subject matter experts, researchers and industry representatives.
For each pillar of the Culture Standard an implementation guide and accompanying toolkit including editable templates, worked examples, guidance information and tools is available.
With the exception of work-hour caps, the Culture Standard is designed to be non-prescriptive, working in harmony with aligned policies and regulations that form part of existing procurement processes.
These complimentary resources have been developed by subject matter experts and industry representatives to support organisations in all aspects of implementing the Culture Standard.

Culture Standard Survey Tool
The Culture Standard aims to improve workplace culture by enhancing work-life balance, diversity and worker mental health and wellbeing. For projects adopting the Culture Standard worker feedback can provide important insights that help guide the implementation approach, supports project understanding of what is working well and areas for improvement.
The Construction Culture Survey is an implementation resource that has been designed to capture worker experiences and perspectives as related to the Culture Standard. It can be administered to a project workforce, across a project lifespan, to provide useful data sets and assist projects in determining how they best address requirements of the Culture Standard.
